I made a new icon out of my talented sister's artwork. This was from her latest t-shirt design. I keep trying to convince her to start an art journal, and I thought you guys could help :) If anyone wants to see more of her artwork, leave her a comment here!

She should have more computer time next week, when I get my new computer! I'm a bad girl... but now that it's on the way I have about 2 months to figure out how I'm going to pay for it! So if anyone wants me to make them an astro card, or a dream catcher, now would be a great time to order one!

For anyone who doesn't know, I'm an amateur astrologer, so occasionally I babble on about what I've discovered here. It takes me so long to make those astro cards! I really have to start limiting the amout of time I study a chart before writing up such a short interpretation, it's only supposed to be a little bit about the 'primal triad', that is a short profile of the Sun, Moon and Rising sign. I spent more than 8 hours on the card I was working on, but I got it in the mail on time. *whew* I hope she likes it, I'd love opinions but I can't really post a picture here because it's not mine to share. I can't even really show you an example as I don't use or make any kind of template, I like that they are all one of a kind; of course that really adds to the time it takes to put one together. I wonder if I can sell enough to buy a computer that doesn't drag it's ass under the load of the graphics...

So. New icons... again :)

I feel so narcissistic, but what would be better to represent me in an avatar, than a picture of me?

Have a good weekend!

The person who asked me to make this card, said that it is so accurate he's going to think I got the information from her instead of his birth chart.

This is the first one I've done for someone that's not family. I put the images I'm using for the front and back of the card under a cut. The cards are 8.89cm x 5.08 cm, about the size of a business card, and laminated. The biggest challenge with this one is that I did it for a person I don't know that well, so I can't verify what I see in the chart to my own experience of that person as much. Hopefully it works for him, the interpretation is super short but it says a whole lot more than 'you are a libra'. I might do some general sun sign cards up for the craft sale next weekend, but the chart ones are far more interesting, and definitely more accurate.

9 1/2" x 11" natal chart with aspect grid. 9 1/2" x 11" Chart with no aspect lines that I'm going to use with a dry erase marker to single out things. The cards are really pretty, and a handy reference too. I did a little mini interpretation of the Sun, Moon & Rising signs for the backs.

So you can guess what I've been busy with :) *loves her laminating machine*

What have you all been busy with? Where is everyone?
